Paul J. Hofmann is an experienced litigator admitted in New York and multiple federal courts, with a practice spanning civil litigation, criminal prosecution, and complex liability matters. He has represented clients in medical malpractice, motor vehicle, premises liability, and professional negligence cases, and has significant courtroom experience, including obtaining defense verdicts in high-stakes malpractice trials. Before practicing in New York, Paul served as Attorney General and Tribal Prosecutor for the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska, where he handled a wide range of criminal prosecutions and legal matters for the Tribe.
