Ed is a trial attorney who has built his career representing individuals, businesses, institutions and public entities in all types of civil litigation. He has achieved positive results for his clients in matters ranging from motor vehicle and trucking accidents, construction site accidents, and accidents involving dangerous products or premises to those involving employment practices, discrimination, and constitutional torts.

Comfortable and confident in a courtroom, Ed has extensive experience litigating cases to verdict in courts throughout New York State. He is also a practical and pragmatic legal counselor with the skill necessary to assist clients in resolving difficult matters by negotiation or representation in mediation or arbitration where circumstances dictate.

Ed is a native upstate New Yorker. Born in the lower Hudson Valley, Ed has represented clients in all corners of the State. He has worked for several prominent litigation law firms in New York, has been senior trial counsel for a major national insurance company, and for several years helped one of the world’s largest insurance organizations manage complex litigation against their commercial insureds throughout the State of New York.

When not litigating, Ed enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, snowshoeing and hiking. He is also an author of poetry, short stories and historical fiction and still hopes to one day have some of his work traditionally edited and published.
